Divya Prakash Giri, born on May 4, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as Secretary in the Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since January 2, 2026. Prior to this, he held the roles of Special Secretary Director and Special Secretary. Mr. Giri continues to contribute to the administration of Uttar Pradesh through his service in the IAS.
