Divya Mittal, born on 23 November 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a PG Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Currently, she serves as the District Magistrate and Collector of Deoria since 13 July 2024. Her previous roles include Vice Chairman, Joint Managing Director, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Assistant Secretary. She has received the Ashok Bambawale Memorial Award for Outstanding IAS Officer Trainee and the Summer Undergraduate Research Award. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
