Divesh Sehara, born on January 7, 1979, is a 2005 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Economics and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Secretary at Bihar in the Rural Works Department, a position he has held since December 10, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held the designation of Secretary. He continues to be in service, contributing to the administrative functions of the state government.
