Divesh Sehara, born on January 7, 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Economics and is currently serving as Secretary in the Rural Works Department, Bihar, since December 10, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Assistant Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Additional Registrar, Additional Secretary, Director, Commissioner and Inspector General, Joint Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Officer. Fluent in English and Hindi, Sehara continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar.
