Diprava Lakra, born on 16 July 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur, an LL.B., and an M.Sc. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Finance Department since 5 November 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Under Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Development Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assistant Commissioner, Managing Director, and Chief Electoral Officer. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya. Diprava Lakra remains in active service.
