Dipankar Sinha, born on 17 June 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Library Services Department, a position he assumed on 31 August 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various key roles, including Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Commissioner. Dipankar Sinha continues to contribute to public administration in his current capacity.
