Dipankar Mandal, born on November 20, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, West Bengal cadre. Currently serving as Director in the Department of Transport since March 13, 2025, he has previously held the position of Special Commissioner in the rank of Secretary and Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Mr. Mandal continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal through his service in the IAS.
