Dipankar Chowdhury, born on June 22, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.A. degree and has served in various capacities including Commissioner and Director. Since August 3, 2021, he has been serving as Secretary in the Home and Hill Affairs Department and Secretary of the Justice Lokur and Justice Bhattacharya Commission of Inquiry. Currently in service, Mr. Chowdhury continues to contribute to administrative functions within his designated departments.
