Dipali Rastogi, born on 10 December 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1994 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. and a graduate degree in Economics from Delhi University. Currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development since 5 August 2024, she has held various significant positions including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Managing Director, Inspector General (Registration) & Superintendent of Stamps, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, and Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Dipali Rastogi continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
