Dipak Kumar Singh, born on 23 July 1968, is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.Phil. in International Studies from JNU, New Delhi, and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Law. Currently, he serves as the Director General cum Vigilance Commissioner at Bihar's General Administration Department since 30 November 2025. His previous roles include Additional Chief Secretary. He is proficient in Bengali, English, and Hindi. Dipak Kumar Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
