Dipak Ghosh, born on November 23, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.A. in Arts. During his career, he served as Director at West Bengal from December 31, 2009, to November 30, 2013. He also held positions as Director and Additional District Magistrate. His service included roles in the Department of Home Affairs as Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India.
