Dipa Singh Bagai, born on January 3, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Geography and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Executive Magistrate, District Collector, Chief Development Officer, Joint Managing Director, Director, Special Secretary, and Deputy Secretary. Her most recent designation was Deputy Secretary from September 18, 1998, to September 5, 2006. She was also placed under suspension during her service.
