Dinesh Kumar Tiwari, born on March 9, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Secretary at Madhya Pradesh, held from February 14, 2008, to March 31, 2009. Throughout his career, Tiwari contributed to the administrative framework of Madhya Pradesh before retiring from service.
