Dinesh Kumar Singh-I, born on July 20, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served as District Magistrate at Muzaffarpur, Uttar Pradesh, beginning March 28, 2016. Prior to this, he held the position of Commissioner in the Junior Scale. His service in the IAS spanned various administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
