Dinesh Kumar Rai, born on January 2, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he has held the position of District Collector and Magistrate. Currently, he is the Secretary at Bihar in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, a role he has held since June 2, 2025. Mr. Rai continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
