Dinesh Kumar Muhal, born on 24 December 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and an M.A. in Hindi from the University of Rajasthan. Currently, he serves as the Residential Deputy Collector-cum-Sub-Divisional Magistrate at Khanvel, DNH & DD. Previously, he held the position of Sub-Divisional Collector in Lawngtlai. He is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
