Dinesh Kumar Goyal, born on 25 December 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Rajasthan cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Chairman, Administrator, Secretary, Development Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director, District Collector, Additional Collector, Magistrate (City), and S D O. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Agriculture Department at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from 8 May 2012 to 31 December 2013.
