Dinesh Kumar, an IAS officer of the 2004 batch from Nagaland cadre, was born on 14/12/1975. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, and a B.Sc. in Physics. He also obtained an M.A. in History. Currently serving as Joint Secretary at the Department of Defence, he is proficient in English, Hindi, and Nagamese.
