Dinesh Kumar, born on 19 September 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics. Currently, he is the Secretary at Bihar in the Education Department, a position he has held since 2 June 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including Director, District Magistrate, Commissioner, and Managing Director. He continues to contribute to the administration of Bihar through his ongoing service.
