Dinesh Chandra Mishra, born on 10 August 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Special Secretary Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Urban Development Department from 16 July 2004 to 31 August 2006. Throughout his career, Mishra contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
