Dinabandhu Bhattacharyya, born on 23 September 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including Chief Executive Officer, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Managing Director of the Mass Education Extension and Library Services Department, West Bengal. He served as Managing Director from 1 January 2016 to 30 September 2017. His extensive experience in administrative roles contributed to his service in the West Bengal government until retirement.
