Dimple Verma, born on 24 September 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours in Sociology and M.A. degrees in Labour and Economics from Patna University and Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Chief Vigilance Officer, Joint Secretary, and Secretary. Her most recent role was Principal Secretary to the Government in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department from 10 September 2018 to 31 March 2020.
