Dilkhush Meena, born on May 1, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner (DC) at Karol Bagh Zone under the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Government of NCT of Delhi, a position he has held since February 20, 2026. Previously, he was the Deputy Commissioner of South-West Delhi. Mr. Meena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
