Dilip Routrai, born on May 7, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds an M.A. in History from Utkal University. Currently, he serves as the Collector and District Magistrate of Bhadrak, Odisha, a position he has held since January 6, 2025. His previous roles include Director and Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya (Odia), Dilip Routrai continues to contribute to public administration in Odisha.
