Dilip Kumar Kotia, born on 22 September 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch of the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Additional Resident Commissioner, Director, Private Secretary, Joint Managing Director, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Administrator, Project Director, and Executive Magistrate. His most recent position was Resident Commissioner from 12 September 2011 to 30 September 2012.
