Dilip Kumar Kapse, born on December 20, 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Madhya Pradesh cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Secretary in the Farmer Welfare & Agriculture Development department of Madhya Pradesh, a role he has occupied since January 18, 2026. Throughout his career, he has served as Deputy Secretary. He is an active IAS officer dedicated to his administrative responsibilities within the state government.
