Dilip Kumar Chowdhury, born on 31 December 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Director, District Magistrate, Land Acquisition Collector, and Additional District Magistrate. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner in the Agriculture Department, held from 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2005.
