Dilip Kumar Chakraborty, born on June 3, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.A. in English from the University of Calcutta. During his career, he served in various capacities including Member Secretary, Secretary, Special Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Secretary of the State Vigilance Commission from August 19, 2013, to June 30, 2015.
