Dilip Ghosh, born on October 12, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department from May 12, 2010, to October 31, 2012. Throughout his career, Ghosh contributed to administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
