Dilbag Singh, born on May 1, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Rural Development and Rural Engineering Service Department, holding the position of Secretary from October 31, 2008, to April 30, 2011. His previous roles include Secretary, District Magistrate, Additional Secretary, Registrar, and Vice Chairman. He holds a Graduate degree, an LL.B. in Law, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to various administrative capacities within the state government before retiring from service.
