Digambar Mohanty, born on 29 October 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Odisha cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Director, Managing Director, and Additional Secretary. He also held the position of Officer on Special Duty to the Minister. His most recent role was Commissioner & Secretary in the Department of Labour and Employment from 13 February 2007 to 31 October 2007. Throughout his career, Mohanty contributed to the administrative framework of Odisha until his retirement.
