Digambar Mohanty, born on 29 October 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Odisha cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Director, Managing Director, OSD to Minister, Additional Secretary, and Commissioner & Secretary. His most recent position was Commissioner & Secretary in the Department of Labour and Employment from 13 February 2007 to 31 October 2007. Throughout his career, Mohanty contributed to the administrative framework of Odisha until his retirement.
