Dicky Yangzom, born on April 3, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science. Currently, she is the Secretary at Sikkim in the Mines and Geology Department, a position she has held since December 6, 2024. Ms. Yangzom continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of the state of Sikkim.
