Dibyen Mukherjee, born on November 16, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Commissioner, Director, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department, held from September 7, 2012, to November 30, 2012.
