Dibya Jyoti Parida, born on 19 March 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Botany from the University of Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Collector & District Magistrate of Puri, Odisha, a position he has held since 22 July 2025. His previous roles include Collector & District Magistrate, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
