Dhivya L, born on 29 August 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.S. in Medicine and Surgery from BITS Pilani and a postgraduate degree in Public Policy and Management from JN University, New Delhi. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Secretary, Sub Divisional Officer, Additional District Magistrate, Officer on Special Duty, and Joint Secretary. As of 23 May 2024, she is serving as the Special Secretary in the Health and FW Department. She continues to be in active service.
