Dhirendra Kumar Tiwari, an IAS officer of the 1994 batch from Punjab cadre, was born on 30/12/1968. He holds a B.E. and M.B.B.S. from Pondicherry University and a Ph.D. He currently serves as the Additional Chief Secretary at the Transport Department. Fluent in English and Hindi, Tiwari has excelled in various administrative roles throughout his career.
