Dhirendra Khadgata, an IAS officer of the 2012 batch belonging to the Haryana cadre, was born on 29/11/1981. He holds a B.Sc. in Geography from Rajasthan University, an M.A. in Geography, and an M.Phil. in Geography from J N University, New Delhi. Currently serving as Special Secretary to the Government, he is proficient in English and Hindi.
