Dhiman Chakma, born on 15 November 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Agartala. Currently, he serves as Officer on Special Duty in the G.A and P.G Department, a position he assumed on 29 December 2023. Dhiman Chakma remains actively in service within the Indian Administrative Service.
