Dhiman Barai, born on December 28, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.B.A. in Management from IIM Bangalore. Currently, he is the ADM at Purba Bardhaman. Previously, he has served as Additional District Magistrate. Mr. Barai continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
