Dheera Khandelwal, born on 22 August 1961, is a retired IAS officer from the 1986 Haryana cadre. She served in the Indian Administrative Service with a distinguished career, culminating as Additional Chief Secretary in the Art and Culture Department from 6 February 2018 to 31 August 2021. Her educational qualifications include a graduate degree in Hindi, a Diploma in Astronomy, and an M.Phil. in History. Throughout her tenure, she held multiple key positions such as Principal Secretary, Finance Commissioner, Director, Special Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner, demonstrating extensive administrative experience across various government roles.
