Dheenah Dastageer, born on 16 December 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. Currently, she serves as the Additional District Magistrate at Rourkela, Odisha, a position she has held since 22 July 2025. Prior to this, she was appointed as Officer on Special Duty. Dheenah Dastageer continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
