Dharmendra Kumar, born on April 2, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Postgraduate degree in History (Hons) from Patna University. Currently, he is the Director at the Social Security Department, Bihar. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, District Magistrate, and Managing Director. Fluent in Hindi and English, Dharmendra Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Bihar.
