Dharmendra Kumar, born on April 2, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. (Hons) and a P.G. degree in History from Patna University. Currently, he is the Director of the Social Security Department, Bihar. His previous roles include District Magistrate and Managing Director. Fluent in Hindi and English, Dharmendra Kumar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
