Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Cooperative Department of Bihar since August 31, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary Director, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Managing Director. Proficient in English and Hindi, Dharmenda Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
