Dharmenda Singh, born on January 1, 1979, is a 2006 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mining Engineering. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Cooperative Department of Bihar since August 31, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary Director, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Managing Director. Proficient in English and Hindi, Dharmenda Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
