Dharam Raj, born on November 25, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, assigned to the Nagaland cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Works and Housing Department at the Chief Minister's Office since July 22, 2024, he has previously held the position of Assistant Secretary. Dharam Raj continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Nagaland in his ongoing service.
