She holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture with a specialization in Agronomy from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. Currently, she serves as the Secretary at Alwar, a position she assumed on February 27, 2024. Dhaigude is associated with the Urban Improvement Trust (U.I.T.) department and continues to be in active service.
