Dew Krishna Tiwari, born on April 2, 1966, is a 2010 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an LL.B. and an M.A. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Uttarakhand in the Planning Department since January 17, 2026. Prior to this, he held the position of Additional Secretary. Mr. Tiwari continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttarakhand through his ongoing service.
