Devinder Singh, born on 25 July 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Punjab cadre. He holds an M.A. and an M.Phil. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Punjab State Cooperative Bank Ltd, Cooperation Department, a position he assumed on 22 August 2023. Prior to this, he held the roles of Special Secretary and Additional Registrar. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
