Devinder Pal Singh, born on January 4, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate in Commerce, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Chairman. His most recent position was Chairman and Managing Director in the Finance Department from October 25, 2011, to January 31, 2014. Throughout his career, he held numerous roles such as Vice Chairman, Director, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, Under Secretary, Project Director, and Executive Magistrate.
