Devesh Kumar Dhruw, born on October 8, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the Chhattisgarh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Dantewada, Chhattisgarh, a position he has held since December 16, 2025. Prior to this, he has also served as a Collector. He continues to be in service within the Indian Administrative Service.
