Devendra Singh Rai, born on November 14, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, Rai served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, and District Collector. His most recent position was as a Member of the Narmada Valley Development Authority, Madhya Pradesh, from December 31, 2007, to November 30, 2008. Rai’s extensive service in administrative roles reflects his long-standing commitment to public administration in Madhya Pradesh.
