Devendra Kumar Singh Kushwaha, born on April 10, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and an LL.B degree. Currently, he serves as the Director & Special Secretary in the Sericulture Department of Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since December 14, 2025. Previously, he was Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Kushwaha continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of the state.
